From Quote to Order: Once you submit a quote request, we’ll convert it into an Order Confirmation. An Account Manager will then email this confirmation to you.
Artwork: Please provide detailed information to our designers to avoid delays caused by amendments to artwork proofs.
Confirmation: You’ll need to confirm that you are satisfied with our artwork terms and conditions, as well as the agreed delivery date(s).
Artwork Lead Times: Our artwork team aims to produce layouts within 24 hours. However, if artwork is not provided in the correct format, it may take up to 48 hours to redraw.
Proforma Invoices: Ensure that all invoicing details are accurate on the Proforma Invoice we send you. Any necessary changes should be notified to us promptly.
Approve on Time: Timely approval of artwork is crucial to avoid delays in the delivery date of your order.

Branding Times: The time taken for branding can vary based on factors such as the season, job size, complexity, and branding process. Specific timelines will be confirmed when you place your order.

Payment & Goods: A 100% deposit is required to confirm your order and initiate branding. Full payment must be made prior to commencing branding. Ownership of goods remains with AstroFunk until full payment is received.
